Review the opportunity before registering
Open the initial invitation and see the basics before creating an account: project, package, deadline, walkthrough details, and estimator contact. Then indicate whether you intend to bid or decline.

Registration keeps the invitation connected
Continue with Microsoft, Google, or email. Division Zero carries the invitation into registration, so you do not search for the project or enter a separate code.

Work from a focused planroom
After signing in, you see the information authorized for that package: overview, due date, scope, sheets, addenda, bid forms, questions, and submission instructions.

Work with your team
Authorized users from the same subcontractor can collaborate. Draft pricing stays private from the general contractor until submission.

Submit the way your company works
Complete the structured bid form, upload a proposal PDF, use both, or initially reply to the invitation email. An emailed proposal still needs a formal confirmation. The original file remains part of the bid record.
Know what was submitted
Confirmation, receipt, and a downloadable record. Revisions create new versions rather than overwriting the original.
Your proposal stays authoritative
Structured values may be suggested from a PDF. The source document remains visible and preserved.
